Aaron Rodgers ego issue should stop Jets from running it back

Let’s gets this out of the way up top: Brian Costello, twice vaxxed and boosted.

OK, now we can get on with the discussion of Aaron Rodgers and whether he should be the Jets quarterback in 2025.

I think the Jets have to move on from Rodgers this offseason. It has nothing to do with his stance on vaccines or even how he has played lately. I have enjoyed covering Rodgers and think he takes a lot of unfair criticism. Still, I think it is time to turn the page.

I understand the glimmers of hope he has provided to a success-starved fan base in recent weeks. He played well in Miami, well in the second half in Jacksonville and well in the first half Sunday in the loss to the Rams.
